Join us to watch the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, partially visible from New Mexico! Eclipse glasses will be available at the Tamaya Veranda (Outdoors) with Itzel. The solar eclipse begins at 11:16am, peaks at 12:30pm, and concludes at 1:47pm. See you there! 🌞🌑
Please note it is not safe to look directly at the Sun without specialized eye protection for solar viewing. Viewing any part of the bright Sun through a camera lens, binoculars, or a telescope without a special-purpose solar filter secured over the front of the optics will instantly cause severe eye injury. Featured: Pueblo Oven Bead Making - Experience one of the Pueblo’s oldest traditions, breadmaking in a traditional Huruna (oven). A Pueblo member will demonstrate how to prepare the dough and bake it in the Hurana. After, the bread will be served with a variety of butters and preserves.
